This took longer than I expected; I ended up deciding on setting up a Discord as a secondary channel to manage my content. I regretfully set up a Twitter account as well that should be the primary means of posting so far.
As I am late to the announcement, I would appreciate people spreading the word around.

If anybody knows a good platform to use instead, I’d be happy to hear about it. I don’t use social media that much, so i don’t know how all of these other things work.
In the mean-time, I will continue to upload on rule34 and pornhub if I ever finish anything.
